Employee Benefits Summary

Vacation

    • Full Year Center Staff
      • Following 1st year: 5 Days
      • Following 2nd year +: 10 Days
    • Full Year Central Office Staff
      • 1st year hired before January 1st: 5 Days
      • 2nd Year: 10 Days
      • 3rd Year +: 15 Days 

Sick Days

    • 1 hour per 30 hours worked; max 10 days for full year, full time staff

Personal Days

    • 3 Days for full year, full time staff
    • 2 Days for part year; part time staff

Paid Breaks/Holidays: 

    • Labor Day (1 Day)
    • Indigenous Peoples Day (1 Day)

Insurance

Medical-multiple plan options via Aetna. TCHS pays over 70% of employee only coverage; spouses are not eligible for coverage however dependent children are eligible for coverage. 

Dental-multiple plan options via Delta Dental. Employees pay 100% of premium, spouses and dependent children are eligible for coverage.

Vision-plan option through Delta Dental/VSP. Employees pay 100% of premium, spouses and dependent children are eligible for coverage.
