We are governed by several inter-connected leadership groups: our Board of Directors, our Policy Council, and our Central Office Leadership Team.

Governing Board

The TCHS Board of Directors is responsible for the agency’s fiscal and legal functions, as well as the development of certain policies and procedures. The Board consists of 6–12 members equally divided between 3 sectors: Agency Representatives, Private Sector, and Parents.

Policy Council

The Policy Council is established annually with elected parent representatives from each of the program classrooms or centers. The Policy Council works in partnership with key management staff and the Board of Directors to develop, review, approve policies and procedures, and implement shared decision-making.
