We have a two-part application process: the first step is to complete our online application, and then an enrollment specialist will call you to schedule an Enrollment Appointment.

Preparing to Apply
Here are the things you need
Bring these items with you to your enrollment appointment:
- Your child’s Birth Certificate
- Proof of SNAP, TANF or SSI assistance you may be receiving
- Income for the past tax year (1040, W-2) or 12 months of pay stubs
- Your child’s Immunization Record (obtain from your child’s primary health care provider)

- Your application is only complete once all required documents are turned in.
- Tri-County Head Start does not enroll on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applications are considered based on your family’s situation at the time of enrollment.
