Every year Tri-County Head Start solicits donations to benefit our program. Head Start provides educational child care and services to families at little to no cost so parents can maintain employment or pursue an education.
While federal grant money supports 80% of the program’s operation, each year the agency strives to raise the remaining 20% through donations. With donor support funds we can help families with things like transportation, Manna food shares, and tuition assistance.

With flexible schedules and the ability to focus intently on a particular task, our volunteers can ease the workload strain on full-time staff.
